Lisa Baugh

With 6 years in the field, Lisa services the community with predominantly female-based personal training, group training, spin classes, nutritional guidance, weight loss, and weight-lifting programs. Certified in indoor cycling, competitive kettlebell, and TRX, Lisa incorporates pieces of each of these training styles into her program. Health is her first priority. Everything else naturally falls into place.

Working with Lisa has been absolutely life-changing. I started out seeing her twice a week, but recently increased that to three times a week. Lisa keeps my workouts new, very challenging, and always fun. I love her creativity. She works you really hard, but you feel great afterward. Lisa is strong and assertive without being pushy, as well as extremely motivating. She is so devoted to getting the best out of me and all her clients. And I’ve been amazed at the results!
