Body Sculpting 

In this program which is also called weight training, resistance training or strength training, is a program in which well use external weight or resistance, or your own body weight, to stress the muscles. The result is newly toned or sculpted muscles. Body sculpting can help you get in shape, tone the body and lose weight.

Core Training

This 30 minute program focuses on muscles included in the abdominals, lower back, glutes and pelvic muscles. The core serves two major purposes: it protects the body from injury and provides an anchor for stability during movement.

Corrective Exercise

Our corrective exercise program can decrease pain, enhances performance, improve posture, decrease susceptibility to other injuries, reduce stress, and improve daily living.

Sports Performance Program

The sports performance training program is training of the body and mind to prepare an athlete for the rigors of a specific sport. It differs from personal training in that the athlete is conditioned and prepared properly to compete in their sport of choice, rather than broader general fitness.

Weight Loss

This program includes:
-Strength training three days a week, one hour per session
-Interval training one day a week, 20 minutes per session
-Steady-paced cardio one day a week, 35 to 45 minutes per session
-Nutrition Planning
